- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The girl inhaled slowly, smelling the fresh air, the fresh flowers. It was springtime in the Alabaster house... springtime everywhere else. It was a terrible shame that she couldn't leave this place. Every day it was the same routine. Wake up... do God knows what, cause trouble or whatever it was she had to do. Then when the sun dipped below the horizon and the stars blanketed the sky, she'd go back to sleep, only to wake up to repeat it all over again.
Was it really so bad though? Julienne absently kicked at a pebble. Even though her gaze was cast downward, seemingly staring directly at the little rock, she was not paying attention to it in the least. Her mind reeled with thoughts of her life before this. Would it have been worth it to decline living here?
With another sigh, she shook her head lightly, her curled tresses fell neatly against her bare shoulders. Such thoughts were supposed to be a thing of the past. She had duties here now, and as long as she had a place to sleep and free food... well, she was hooked for life.
Bright burgundy eyes blinked a few times, a slight smirk spread across her lush lips. Now her attention was focused on the now, on the creaky gates before her. Her arms folded across her chest, and she leaned her weight on one leg, her hip popping out slightly because of it. With a tilt of her head, she spoke softly to herself, "This place is perfect. Perfect!"
Two steps forward, and she had placed herself in between the falling gates. Without touching them at all, she examined them, leaned down and looked at them from every angle. Her mind played out silly situations~ Oh the fun she could have with her little tricks~ This spot was nearly perfect. In order to get to the only available outside area, one would have to walk through these rickety gates...
With a plan in mind, she began to set it in motion. She pulled clear string from her pocket and gently, carefully, tied one end around one post of the gate, and another bit was attached to the other. It was a classic trick, but it always worked~ She stood up and simply waited, behind the gates of course. Someone would come by soon enough... and in order to get to her, they'd definitely have to fall into her trap~

His head was throbbing, as he ran inside of his acursed dream. The world was beginning to spin, and he was beginning to sweat. Fidgetng in his sleep, he soon woke up abruptly, blond hair sticking to his face. His eyes wide, he was trying to catch his breath. He put a hand to his throat, trying to find what to do. His eyes wide, he looked out of the window. Noticing that the sun was rising, his body was shuddering.
He was covered in cold sweat, why was this? Because he was so afraid, of his dream. His hands clamped against his face, he tried to calm himself. His hand groping for a towel, he brought it to his face. The warm fluff was enough to make him calm down, and he soon set it back to it's respected place. Opening the window, he was hit with a blast of warm air. Drying him, he stepped onto the windowsill, and carried himself out.
Flipping himself up so he could stand on the roof. He saw the sun rising, and he yawned. This was the usual routine, wake up...wipe my face...come up here, and stare. He sat down, his legs crossed, his head down. He tried to concentrate, find his inner peace until he heard the sound of a stone. His head cocked up, and he peered over the side of the roof. Seeing his crush
, number 5 in their group. He sneered, and noticed what she was doing. He slid on the side of the roof, jumping over it. He landed on the ground, without a scratch. Walking behind her, he blew into her ear, and whispered. " It's not nice to play tricks, this early" He knew that whoever fell for it, would get so angry. He's seen it happen before, and it wasn't really pretty. It was when he was playing a song, and he heard gunshots. It didn't bother him that much, because gunshots here were like puppies nuzzling his foot. Yet, when he peered outside he noticed that two people were dead. Normally he wouldn't care, yet he was intrigued of what they were fighting over. In the middle of them was a pendant. So they were fighting over a trinket? That was so childish, he said and turned on his foot, and disappeared. He wasn't one to fight over trivial things, or fight at all. He left that to his other comrades, if they needed him. They knew where to find him, it was easy. Yet, some of them were idiots and wouldn't do it. They were so confident, and it made him a bit sad. He knew they would die at someones hand, yet he was glad it wasn't his own. Mostly because, he didn't want a fool's blood on his hands. SOMETIMES I FIND IT HARD• to believe there's someone else who could be •JUST AS MESSED UP AS MEAhh, springtime. It was a pleasant day. Lovely flowers, tall healthy trees, and clean fresh air. Oh wait..nevermind. That's how this place, the supposed 'secret garden', used to be rather. Now it just lies like a giant dump, cast aside by the world to rot. It was a sad thought indeed. To see such a place that Was once so beautiful become as rotten as the place around it. Well, a normal sane person would care. But not Takahada. He couldn't care about all this one bit. All that seemed to go through his mind was what he could do here to gather more data. Hopefully there would be something here to crave that need for data.
Coming to the gates, he stopped for a bit to gaze at it's wonder. It was the very thing that represented this place: old, rotten, bloodstained, and falling apart more and more every minute. Oh how this place was just so amusing. It was filled with nothing but death, yet how was it able to draw in life? It was quite odd. Takahada chuckled at the idea. Who knew he had thoughts about life and death now-a-days? It was just 'observe, report, dissect' everyday. Nothing about that felt like it had a life or death feel to it. It was just...well...an everyday thing.
As he had thought about this and moved foreword, he had felt something tug at his feet for a split second, then feel over. Flat on his face no less, having nothing but the taste of dirt in his mouth. He lifted himself up, dusting himself off in the process. Nothing but a ''Geez! What the hell was that!?'' escaped his mouth. What was that he had felt? There was nothing around him that would have made him trip. Just a couple of pebbles. Well that was just plain horrible. It was a relief that none of his subordinates say him in such a manner though. It would certainly have drastic and negative side effects if such a thing were to happen.
Stumbling a bit as he looked ahead, he put his hand on the gear in his heard and began twisting it, slowly becoming more relaxed as he did. He then pulled a cigeratte out of his pocket, put one in his mouth, struck a match and lit it. He threw the match out and stepped on it, watching where he was stepping as he made his way inside this vast garden.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The breath on her ear made her own breathing catch in her throat. It was so unexpected, and so strange feeling. With her cheeks flaring crimson for a moment, her head whipped around to face her "attacker." Her cheeks darkened a little more when her eyes landed upon him... Though now, she tried to keep her cool. Her cheeks puffed out as she pouted softly, and as she opened her mouth to say something witty...
Someone had fallen into her little trap~!
What made it even better was that he did not happen to see the pair standing there~! A loud fit of laughter escaped the girl, and she doubled over slightly, pointing her index finger at the clumsy boy. "Ahaha! Did you see that, Terrell? He completely tripped! Oh, boy, was that funny."
The finger that was pointed at him lifted to her eyes, and she wiped a stray tear away. Yes, she was laughing that hard. Her trick had succeeded, and there was no greater joy that she could ever feel, than the joy she was feeling now, simply because of that fact. A cheshire cat-like grin spread across the youth's face, and she quickly grabbed the boy's hand. "Come on, I have an idea!"
Whether or not he chose to follow along was up to him, but Julie made her way through the brush, making sure that the other frustrated boy did not see her. He probably heard her manic laughter, but she dashed away so quickly that all he'd look back to see was brush... unless Terrell chose not to follow.
She ducked low behind some thick bushes, biding some time to formulate another plan of attack. For now, she waited for Terrell, but her mind whirled with possible tricks she could play on the boy wandering the garden~ There was so much untamed brush that she could easily hide the entire way, and set up traps as she went... Oh how fun this would be~!

He stared at her, she was such a wonder to him, trying to figure her out was an enigma. He didn’t understand her, nor did he understand how funny it was. Yet, his crush on her was also a mystery to him, and he felt it grow. He watched her move, and signal for him to also come with her. He sighed, and speeded over the man, and ran to her, hiding in the brush. He stared at her, what was exactly wrong with her? But she was his crush, so he should love her no matter what way she was. He stretched not really one to keep himself tense, he popped some of his bones.
This is what he did often, it relieved him of so much stress. He sat on the ground calmly, the ground was cold and cool underneath him. He wondered why at times, feeling against it, it seemed weird at times. Crossing his legs in the manly style, he placed his arms behind his head. Staring into the nothingness of the world, he wondered why this happened to him. Yes, he had a temper, he usually wanted to kill his family. Yet he would’ve never pulled it off, and that sucked to death. But he knew one day, his temper would be the exact thing leading to his death.
He grimanced, death the word that gave most people pleasure. Yet for him, it gave him a sense of sadness, and it made him sick to the stomach. Killing people that he knew, that he loved, that would make him feel disgusted. He listened to her, hearing it and felt sorry for the poor man. He didn’t know what was in store for him, and he doubted the man wanted to know. He look furious, and he suddenly felt more sorry for him, because what lay in store, would not be pretty.

SOMETIMES I FIND IT HARD• to believe there's someone else who could be •JUST AS MESSED UP AS MEIt was cold today, being as early spring had just come around the corner. And the garden seemed to only amplify it, giving most what would come near it shivers. It gave Dr. Takahada a bit as well, though nowhere near enough to make him lose his nerve. He remained focused, making sure he could handle whatever came his way. Though, what could possibly happen here? It's an abandoned garden almost nobody came to. Then again, he had to remember where he was at. It was a place of horror, where anything could happen. He turned the gear in his head a bit more, thinking a bit more about the situation at hand.
He turned around as he had heard laughing coming from inside the dead forsaken garden. What was that? It seems someone might be here after all. It was hard to tell where, the garden only making it worse, echoing that voice and making it seem louder than it actually was. But that didn't mean it wasn't a loud laugh in the first place. No, it was quite loud indeed. Using that, Takahada tried to pinpoint where it was coming from, dispite the echoing throwing it all out of focus. He took a giant puff of his cigarette and stepped forword a bit more, cautious of where everything seemed to be.
It seemed as though someone other than him was here, and with the way this place worked, they could very well be after his life. Not that for this place, it wasn't that uncommon. It was truly a place that the words 'survival of the fittest' would have a home. In fact, it could be said that there was no better home for those words than here at the Alabaster house. The place used for nothing more that experimentation. A place that Takahada would fit in the most, where he could do all the things that the outside world shunned.
Suddenly, he had heard a noise. It was a bush, rustling. And without wind, that could only mean that there was something moving through it. Or someone rather. It seems as though his suspicious about something being here was true. And that had meant that the trap set earlier was also set by that same person. Was that just some trap to distract him? Or maybe to toy with him? Takahada wasn't the type to like being toyed with, and got annoyed with such things easily. This was sure as hell no exception. He wasn't taking any chances with this. He fished around in his coat pocket for a second, pulling out a scalpel. Then, like some kind of ninja from a comic book, he threw it twords the bush, trying to hit whatever was inside it.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Terrell didn't seem to be too eager to follow, but he did anyway. The girl was filled with a bit of elation, though it soon faded once she realized that she was supposed to be focusing on a certain task~! Well, not supposed to, but she did need to focus if she wanted this to go right.
Though, when her victim started to poke a... scalpel? What kind of person prods a living creature with a scalpel! The girl squeaked softly as Harada Takahada began to prod around i the bush. Whatever would she do if he ended up stabbing her, or something of the sort?
It was then that she reached into her pocket and pulled out what looked like a grenade. With a smirk, she glanced over to Terrell. "Better hold your breath and get ready to run for it~!" She whispered excitedly. Then, she pulled the tab off of the top of the object, and a light swirl of smoke began to trickle out of the top. With one swift movement, she tossed it through the brush.
"C'mon, let's go!" Julienne giggled manically as she began to make her way through the brush, back through to the gates. She wondered if igniting a smoke bomb in the already-thick brush would be a good idea. That poor guy, he'd probably be lost for hours~!
